Once the moving boxes have been unpacked and the furniture is in place, there are still many small but important tasks to take care of, such as connecting household appliances, hanging pictures, and installing light fixtures. Please note that we do not perform electrical work requiring a licensed electrician (e.g., permanent electrical installations or changes to electrical wiring) or HVAC work (e.g., disconnecting or connecting a dishwasher). Washing machines are installed only in wet areas with a floor drain.

Please make sure that the water connections and faucets are compatible and that the necessary fittings are ready for installation. Also, remember to cap the incoming water pipe at the original residence.
Hanging Pictures and Mirrors on Walls
Wall mounting is possible on both stone and drywall walls. Please specify the wall material when placing your order.
Assembling Furniture
For example, assembling cabinets, shelves, or TV stands, and, if agreed upon, mounting them to the wall. Please let us know what the wall is made of.
Removing and Installing Light Fixtures
We’ll remove and install ceiling lights, as long as no electrical work is required.
Installing curtain rods and curtains
Life in your new apartment will feel cozy once the curtains are hung.
