What is included in the move-out cleaning?
A comprehensive move-out cleaning service thoroughly cleans all areas of your home. Move-out cleaning includes washing kitchen surfaces, cabinets, and appliances, as well as thoroughly cleaning the oven, range hood, and refrigerator. In the bathroom, toilet, and sauna, all surfaces, walls, floor drains, and fixtures are cleaned. In the living room, bedrooms, and other rooms, the focus is on cleaning floors, moldings, cabinets, and various surfaces, as well as removing dust and stains. Cleaning also includes cleaning the ventilation valves. Window cleaning is available as an additional service from April to October.
If the apartment requires special cleaning or is dirtier than usual, we will always agree on additional measures and costs in advance.

- Cleaning floors, baseboards, and cabinets
- Dusting and stain removal from surfaces, doors, and walls
- Cleaning mirror surfaces and sliding door gaps
- Cleaning light switches and radiators

Typically, moving cleaning is priced according to the square footage of the apartment, and the scope of the work also affects the exact price. Moving cleaning and household deduction
Moving cleaning is eligible for a household deduction. You can deduct the amount eligible for a household deduction from your taxes when the cleaning is done in your own home or in the home of a close relative.

Preparing for move-out cleaning is easy. Check with your property manager or landlord well in advance to find out what needs to be taken into account in move-out cleaning.
Remove your belongings and loose items from the apartment, empty the cupboards and drawers, ensure unobstructed access to all rooms, and report any special issues, such as surface damage or stubborn stains.
