As an expert in event services we provide organizers and exhibitors with all event and exhibition-related logistics services from traditional transportation and storage solutions to tailored staffing, lifting and assembly services. We are an official partner of the Helsinki Expo & Convention Centre. Our office is located in Pasila, Helsinki. We are always there where you need professional services.

We will store packing supplies, empty boxes, brochures and products during the event. We will deliver products to the stands as agreed. We can also, for example, replenish brochure racks or coolers. Furthermore, our versatile staff can assist with various tasks at the stands, such as handing out products, filling balloons and so on, depending on your needs.
We will decorate your stand and arrange your exhibition or event items as per your instructions. You can just arrive at the stand and use your time on showcasing your products and services. After the event we will pack the decorations and equipment ready for transportation. We can also assist with the maintenance of your stand and other tasks and organize transportation to and from the event.

Niemi has solid experience in event services and our duties have included various transportation, installation and construction tasks, such as building of press centres and VIP facilities. We have also been responsible for furniture assembly as well as television and computer installations and transportation of team equipment.
