For larger apartments or long-distance moves, we use larger moving trucks. Moves scheduled for the afternoon are started with a three-hour window, for example, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This means that our moving team will arrive sometime between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The driver is primarily responsible for loading and unloading the vehicle and assists with the moving work whenever possible. We never leave the moving load unsupervised.

We invoice the move as soon as possible after it has been completed. We can only invoice for the moving boxes once they have been returned a few days or weeks after the move. If you have ordered a fixed-price move from us, which includes moving boxes, you will receive only one invoice for the move.
